Chatbot Introduction
"OFP Chatbot" is a chatbot service on the One-stop Portal for Funding Application website of Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau (CSTB). It provides answers to general questions related to 5 funding schemes namely Lord Wilson Heritage Trust, Arts Capacity Development funding scheme, Mega Arts and Cultural Events Fund, Cantonese Opera Development Fund and “M” Mark event.
To begin, users may simply click / tap the "OFP Chatbot" icon at the bottom right-hand corner, and type their questions or choose from the menu of popular items.
"OFP Chatbot" requires JavaScript support.
Interaction with Chatbot
"OFP Chatbot" supports textual interactions with users. Users may also use the voice-to-text function on smartphones and tablets to communicate with "OFP Chatbot".
Languages Supported
"OFP Chatbot" supports English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. Users can choose different languages from the language menu at the top left-hand corner of the dialogue panel.
Personal Information
"OFP Chatbot" does not require users to provide any personally identifiable information. To protect the privacy of their personal data, users should not provide any personally identifiable information when using "OFP Chatbot".
